Sun Valley Resort

I stayed at the Sun Valley Resort's Sun Valley Inn last weekend for a conference. I got a great rate for a standard room. I paid $115 for the night, and the room had a flat screen TV, a really comfy bed, a mini bar, nice décor, and upscale bath amenities.

I was one the ground floor. My only complaint would be the noise. If you are very sensitive to noise, you might want to consider staying elsewhere. I could hear everyone who passed my door walking down the hall. I could also hear bathrooms, showers and other noises coming from rooms above and around me.

But the staff was really helpful when I asked them to give me a jogging route, to bring a hairdryer to my room and to help me retrieve my lost bag from the airport. They went to the airport and got it for me so I wouldn't have to wait for Delta to get off its bum and bring it to the Inn.

The location is great. I didn't eat at the restaurant. They also had awesome grounds with resident swans.
