I picked a queen size bed non-smoking room on online travel website but when I got to the Sun Suites they gave me a smoking room. The young lady at the front desk told me that they do not guarantee non smoking accomedations online travel website...

Horrible
This hotel was disgusting. The room had obviously not been cleaned since the last person that stayed in it... there was used soap in the shower and trash in the trash can. Not to mention the stained sheets and comforter... we couldn't even stay in ...
I have been in my room since March 23 and it has only been cleaned once. I have called almost everyday to complain, and everyday I'm told it will be cleaned. It's also very noisey. I am looking for another place to stay, they are going to miss out...

Overall...the price (120) for a room 20 miles from the biggest sporting event in the country...not a bad deal. If your looking for clean....not here! Shower was dirty....toiloet was dirty...under the bed was filthy! But we wanted a place to flop...
