We got a room for easter me and a few friends......to make a long story short i ended up leaving a few expensive items, I went back the same day to try to get my belongings and someone had stolen them.....i'm guessing the housekeeper....the manager gave no type of help, she basically didn't care about her guess property....the room wasn't very clean at all...the bathroom was nasty and so were the workers attitude about my stolen property!

I arrived @ 1AM and no one was at the reception desk. There was a note on the door stating "assisting other...." Waited 20 minutes - no one showed up. Went to run a few errands, returned in approx 45 min. Yet again - no one there! Finally...

23 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
My fiancee and I stayed here Aug 4-7 2007. It smelled awful, the floors were dirty(hair that was not ours, sticky, just plain dirty) we had to use the same towels for 4 days(If you request more there is a "nominal" charge, our room was never cleaned. Us not being from the area called to get directions and the guy was outright rude and showed it. He huffed and puffed when I called about directions, I apologized "I'm sorry sir, but we're not from here" he still kept an attitude so I thanked him and we found out way. Just an horrible experience, and a waste of money.

Fine if you don't wanna sleep--you can hear guests in next room; despite complaints about music playing all night, mgmnt did nothing. Would never stay here again.
