male with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here a few weeks back and it was exactly what I expected-clean, simple, no frills basic room-or as another reviewer wrote- a place to crash! You are at the beach to catch rays, shop and so on. If you are use to the Ritz Carlton, then I don't understand why you would even begin to stay here. The owner even let me keep the parking pass on checkout day for a few additional hours so I could catch some more beach time. Do bring $40 cash for parking pass when you check in though.
If don't care what is around you then this maybe the place for you to stay. It's like dormitory living and the rooms are small. If your on a real tight budget then you my want to stay here. The positive thing is 2 blocks to the beach and to town.

I have traveled to many vacation destinations, and never have I been so decepted by this establishment. The rate for what you got was exceedingly high, the room was dirty to sight and touch not to metion an odor that was very offensive. The parking was just as bad, as I drove around the nieghborhood for 45 minutes before finding a place which in turn was three blocks away. When I made reservations through the internet, the hotel had a two star rating which I am still trying to figure out how this was ever possible. My advice would be, STAY AWAY!

This place was very dirty. There was hair all over the bathroom of our room when we arrived. The dust on the furniture was incredible. There are no refunds either. It was clear to us that the "front desk" didn't really want to be bothered by the guests. You have to park on the street, which can be difficult in Rehoboth Beach during the summer. The only good thing about this place is that it is close to the beach.
