Complimentary mai-tais/guava juice upon checking in at the reception desk was very nice. Other nice perks included a free bottle of Chardonnay white wine and kona coffee. The amenities i.e. Weber BBQ's, pool and hot-tub were great. We stayed at the "Kahala" section of the resort. What we didn't like was the suites were very outdated and dirty. We found ants all over the kitchen counters. The furniture were worned. The Bathrooms were old, grungy and dirty. Tubs/sinks/faucets were greasy/soap scrum build-up/mold/mildew. It was a big turn-off. The cleaniless of the rooms is lacking and that is a Big factor of us not returning.
