Being right on the beach is great, especially for one who likes walking on the beach.. The location is the best just between Kehei and Maalaea Bay. Your out of the busy section.

It was exactly as advertised. The Condo was well appointed in every respect, save the pillows, which were very worn, but after a phone call that was rectified. It’s in an excellent location, they have a friendly, helpful staff, and a lovely ocean view. We would return.

Overall an excellent place to stay in Maui. Very convenient location. Close to all major spots such as Lahaina, Kihei, Kahului. You can go sailing in the morning and come back for a shower and nap then go out for dinner. Friendly and helpful staff....
Too much water and sun but just enough night life to make you fall in love all over again. Just to sit back and watch the tide come in to sweep you off your feet. And the waters warm enough to melt you in your tracks. I would say dont go alone but...
Sugar beach is great... super location, right on the beach, quite, full features... excellent value for the price... Plan to go back and stay longer next time.
They have full kitchens, washer and dryers, awesome views and more! They are in the middle of the places you want to visit. They pool area is very clean. The BBQ area is a great place to meet people while cooking your food. The beach is steps away...
