Horrible
Only thing nice was the lobby. The room was tiny with one full size bed. It was one of the worst beds I have slept on. The room hasnt been updated in15 years. Nothing "extended about the place." TV stations were fuzzy. What a disappointment. I...

I was supposed to stay at this hotel for a week. The hotel has a roach problem. The front desk sent maintenance to spray my room with a can of cheap bug spray. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. you have to take your towels to housekeeping and in return they give...

Okay
This hotel is only good for maybe one night but be careful. The hotel has ROACHES. They will suggest you move to another room but you might face the same problem. The hotel had our room sprayed for bugs but I was uncomfortable knowing that I could...

This hotel was in an extremely convenient location, surrounded by gas stations and restaurants of all types. The front desk was courteous and the housekeeping was wonderful. I'd read other reviews about people being woken up by housekeeping and/or trains -- that did not once happen to me during my 6-night stay there. The staff was very friendly. A few items could use updating (bathrooms) but my shower curtain was changed daily, which wasn't something I expected. The kitchen was helpful (2 burners, sink, microwave, fridge) but bring your own dishes. An alternative would be to hit the dollar store down the road and grab some disposables for cheap. The only real "downside" was the laundry facility, which was 712 degrees F. and the clothes did not dry after two 45-min cycles so they had to be hung up around my room to dry (then they were dry by the next day). Other than that, however, I would not hesitate to stay there again shold I be in the area.

Mediocre
Check-in staff was rude - refused to honor my pre-reserved discount. Not all rooms have fridge & microwave, even though the website says otherwise. Mold. Bugs. Dirty.

There was a night club in the hotel

Horrible
There was a night club in the hotel lobby and we had to hear a lot of "inappropriate drunk talk" as people staggered back to their rooms. They were very loud and I was embarrased for my children. The room was non-smoking, but smelled like stale...

The service I was shown was horrible. The front desk was rude and not very helpful!
The rooms were not very clean and cockroaches were seen. The showers either ran scolding hot or cold enough to join the polar bear club. I would not stay in these hotels, even in another state! I was so unhappy with the service.
The only good reviews you see on this page had to be written by hotel staff. I spoke with many other guests they were equally unhappy!

The counter person was rude. The bottom half of the bathroom walls were either molding or they hadn't finished painting them. The bathroom floor was disgusting. The TV had no clear channels. The shower was hot for 20 seconds, then turned ice cold for a minute or so, then turned scorching hot for 20 seconds then went back to ice cold. It did this throughout the whole shower.
The pictures that we saw for this motel online, where we made our reservations, showed the Jacuzzi indoors. But it's actually outside next to the pool. So in the winter, which is when we stayed there, it wasn't even an option to sit in the Jacuzzi. Besides all of that, the exterior of the motel is very nice. And it's close to a lot of fast food.
