They have terrible service, and an unknowledgeable staff. I can't believe how rude the front desk lady was. She does not take pride in her job, nor does she know the answers to anything. She must have just started 30 minutes ago.
Don't bother to call because all they will do is hang up on you. They don't know if the have adjoining rooms either. This place should be self service. “If you want something done right you better do it yourself, especially if you stay here".

The location was great. Comfort and service were not so great. I was there for four-day stay and housekeeping did not come once to refresh towels or soaps until the hotel was questioned about it at the front desk while trying to get clean towels.
