61 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was able to check in early. I put my bags in the room and something told me not to unpack yet. The room was very dirty and had a strange odor. I left for the day and came back to the room at 9 pm. There was something crawling on the counter, and upon closer inspection, there were roaches all over the kitchen area. The lobby was dirty, the elevator and halls were also not clean. I would never recommend staying at this hotel. I could not exit fast enough. I went down to the desk and turned in my key, had my credit card refunded, and went to the Holiday Inn Express, which worked out much better.
