For $70, expected more... non-smoking room was definitely smoked it. Small, has everything it states but at bare minimal. Would have either expected something nicer or bigger for the money spent.

The cleanliness of the room was very bad. The room, which I stayed in, had a torn bed cover. It has three chairs in the room. The first is stained with someone's tooth paste. The second has a tear, and the third is contaminated with someone's drink or sauce. Its carpet in the room turned my soles pitch black, too.
The TV remote control looked new but I couldn't change channels by remote control. I changed channels by pushing the button on the TV.

There were dirty rooms, a peeping tom, and the scuzziness of the typical long term guest make this more of a flophouse than anything else. I would not recommend that anyone, especially women, stay here.
