We stayed two nights in March of 2009. The hotel is newly refurbished and was very nice. Our room was clean with a nice kitchen including plates, etc with a full stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bed was a new queen size and very comfortable. Not
I got charge for a room that I did not stay in. They said I would be refunded the money but that was a week ago, still nothing. I will not talk about the way I was treated at the desk. I will not go back.
Maid services were inconsistent. I was there for 2 months and sometimes maids did not leave clean towels, forgot to take the garbage or did not leave shampoo. However, hotel personel were very nice and helpful.
