I found that all the employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. I was supplied with plenty of information on local places to eat and to find entertainment.

The employees all were very interested in me and my concerns or thoughts. I was treated with dignity. I was continually asked if my stay was okay and if I needed anything else.

I didn't like the late-night check-in experience. I had to talk into a phone, which was poorly marked, just to get someone's attention inside. Then, while they weren't rude, they weren't very friendly either. They were rather matter-of-fact and didn't make me feel very welcome. I used to be a night auditor, and I did my best to be friendly and helpful all night long. I also didn't like the fact that they didn't have a pool. That would really be a nice thing to have at a long-term stay hotel. I didn't like their TV channel selections. It was very limited. I did like the layout of the room. It was much nicer and larger than I expected. I liked the fact that they had dishes and appliances for cooking. They need to provide dishwashing soap, though. I liked the fact that I wasn't constantly bothered by housekeeping wanting to know if I wanted towels and such. I liked how I got my couple of problems fixed fairly quickly. Overall it was a nice stay.

The bed was firm and the pillows were supportive so I slept well. The air conditioner was also very efficient at keeping the room cool in spite of a bad heat wave during my stay.
