I moved to Raleigh in December 2006 to start a job in the neighboring town of Cary, NC. I opted to stay at the Studio Plus in north Raleigh because I thought I was only going to be here a few months and didn't want to pay the price of a short term...

I stayed here for three weeks and enjoyed my stay. The room had a fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator, a dining/work table with 4 chairs, a six drawer dresser, TV with cable, and a recliner.
Although there were lots of cars in the parking lot, I found my room to be very quiet, no late night noise. I found the people in the office to be very helpful. My shower faucet "died" and maintenance was there almost immediately.

I was so disappointed in my recent stay. For a budget hotel, I didn't expect anything fancy, but I did expect it to be clean and maintained. Upon entering the lobby, my heart sank. The hotel is overdue for renovations and good daily maintenance. Also, the staff couldn’t care less whether you are there or not. Search for more deals before you book this one.
