On the whole it was value for money, but there were several problems: (1) dirty coffee maker on arrival (with moldy coffee bag) (2) phone voice mail did not work -- had to ask twice for help (3) exercise room was small and often out of order; (4) refresh service in mid-week poor -- only replaced a couple of towels and did nothing else, i.e. no linen replaced, no cleaning (5) not particularly friendly. However, we made detailed comments in feedback and received an apologetic letter back the next day.

This hotel made me feel excited: We felt excited there because we ended up getting the old onsite manager's room, which was very much like an apartment.
