It was great. It was our first time there. Everyone was very nice. We could not asked for a better place to stay.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: All the employees were nice. Everyone seemed to want to help us in any way that they could.

I am very likely to return to the Stratosphere Tower Casino Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

If you forget something in your room don’t expect them to find it, with all the cameras they have in that hotel, you won’t get it back.

The room was small and dingy with few amenities. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I would never recommend to anyone.

The location, like most other hotels on the Strip, is very hard to get into. The room was very comfortable but there was not any view from my window. The service that I received was very good.

The location of the hotel in relation to the rest of the Strip is somewhat inconvenient, as you pretty much have to travel by car to get to most of the other hotels and casinos. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was very nice. It was quite large and very comfortable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Stratosphere Tower Casino Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

The inside of the hotel appeared very old. The non smoking rooms smelt horrible. I was missing personal items after the maid service. The security staff was not helpful.

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were quiet. I did not use room service. The hotel has its own restaurants but there is a Dennys next door as well. It’s one and a half blocks to the tram that takes you up and down the Strip. The restaurant at the top of the stratosphere has great atmosphere, good food, good service, and a great view of the city lights. Friday night check in is crowded and slow. The elevators are slow. It is a good place to stay and there is usually plenty of parking in its parking garages. It is very convenient and well priced compared to the other hotels on the Strip.

This hotel made me feel content: I like the quiet, good solid doors, and the viewers thru the door.

I am very likely to return to the Stratosphere Tower Casino Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel staff was friendly, our room was older but clean and neat. We loved the convenience of walking out the door and having the busses right there for us to travel anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip and to Freemont Street.

This hotel made me feel respected: All the employees were friendly and very professional. They were very knowledgeable about questions I had about bus routes, shows, and where they like to eat.

The hotel is located at the edge of the Strip which allows one to have some down time from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. The layout is user friendly as is the staff. If there was a negative, it would be the prices at the cafe.

This hotel made me feel practical: Even though the hotel is geared toward the gambler, simple people who aren't high rollers can still fit in.

I am very likely to return to the Stratosphere Tower Casino Hotel.

The hotel is great value for the money, but you will need a car as it is not within walking distance of the rest of the Strip.

The hotel has budget prices but excellent comfort. The shows were very good especially American Superstars.

This hotel made me feel content: I was content because at the Stratosphere I had a clean comfortable room, good food, and low limit gambling.

57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel had good location and amenities. They were extremely slow on check in and check out. The bell captain was extremely helpful with bag storage, but others on the staff did not know the service existed. The hotel charged a daily fee per room for guests to use the pool and the laundry facility. The entertainment, the service and the food in the fifties style restaurant were excellent. The other restaurant was slow, the food was just ok, the staff was hard to find. The dealers were fine. The hotel was clean, the rooms were acceptable, the pool was nice and the service at pool bar and the towel check were above average.

Overall, we really liked our stay. The only negative was that after fourteen hour bus tour to see the Grand Canyon, we came back to the hotel exhausted only to find that housekeeping had not cleaned our room. We called and they came up and cleaned our room that evening but it would have been nice if they would have cleaned it during the day so we did not have to find something to do when we were tired and just wanted to come back to our room and rest.

My stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is located quite a ways from other attractions. The casino was neat and the view from the top is spectacular!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The room had a fairly good view and was quiet.

When I arrived, since I was not the person who actually made the reservation, they would not help me to get in touch with her so that she could give her ok for me to enter the room. I had to wait sixteen hours until they arrived to get in the room.

We were given a smoking room when we wanted a non smoking room. The bathroom was dirty. We paid extra to upgrade to a suite and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. Then when we got to the suite it was not really clean. We also came in one night and all the water was turned off. I called the front desk and they said that all water from the fourteenth floor and up was off. Nothing was done about this, no discount or anything. Then at check out we told him about everything that had happened and there was nothing he could do. Our stay was nine nights and this was our second trip there. The first trip we were there ten nights. There will be no more trips.

We enjoyed this hotel. The tower has a great view of the area and the Top of the World revolving restaurant at the top of the tower was very good, both in food taste and in service. Our suite was tastefully decorated and had a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a large walk-in shower. The only downside was the location was a bit out of the way. The hotel was a good value for the price compared to other hotels and casinos in the area. We would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel content: The hotel had everything I was looking for in a hotel at a budget price.

I am very likely to return to the Stratosphere Tower Casino Hotel.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
