The location was very close to the Strip. The package deal is a good value.

Gotta try it just for the view. We arrived an hour before check-in time and they had absolutely no problem letting us check in early. We discovered that there was not a guest directory or a "Do Not Disturb" sign in our room and when we asked for them, the staff delivered them to us quickly and with a smile. We accidently dropped some napkins at the pool and someone not only cleaned them up before we could but also brought us more napkins. The food is very reasonably priced and the quality is good. I recommend the buffet at any hour. One word of advice to newcomers...when going from the Stratosphere to another part of the strip, take the monorail at the Sahara. My husband and I stupidly decided to walk from the Stratosphere to the Tropicana and it took 3 very hot and uncomfortable hours. Other than that lapse in judgement our stay at the Stratosphere was great.

Good DealGotta try it just for the view. The Strat is worth staying at at least once, or at least visiting, just for the view from the top. The views are amazing. The "top of the world" restaurant is a must-try. The whole thing slowly rotates 360 degrees every hour or so. And they have a five-course meal that's pricey but worth every penny. They make you walk past a lot of shops just to get the the tower, which is a bit annoying. But the high-speed elevator to the top is neat. The casino gaming area is a bit small, and the place has a sort of out-of-the-action location at the far end of the Strip but not quite yet in Old Downtown, so it's sort of in a no man's land. But rooms there can be had for a great deal oftentimes.

The rooms were nice. I thought the people staying at the hotel should have received a free tour of the top of the Stratosphere rather than paying.

It was just that advertised specials at the hotel bar were not being honored. When we complained, nothing was done, no apology or anything.

The location is inconvenient to the rest of the Strip, making it a costly adventure to get anywhere else on the strip. The casino wasn't too loud or crowded though, which was nice on a very busy Las Vegas weekend, the NBA All stars.

It's a nice hotel and casino. I can't complain too much really. The one thing I didn't like was that they didn't have windows that open.

The staff was wonderful. I made reservations very early. Then the price of the room dropped. When I called to discuss the matter the lady on the phone told me I was not on their site and that I would have to cancel and rebook with the other site. I insisted I was on the Stratosphere’s site. So I canceled and rebooked. But I took all the documentation with me to the hotel. When we arrived it was clear I was right and now the reservations were messed up. However, the front desk folks were wonderful and fixed it. They gave us a room at the lower price and treated us with respect and caring. Our trip was great and the staff was very responsive to our questions. I would gladly stay there again.

This hotel made me feel important: They answered our questions with a smile. Everywhere we went the staff was efficient and friendly. Not drippy, just very pleasant.

The location is okay if you have been to Las Vegas before and have a rental car. The mattress in the room was not comfortable at all, other than that, I loved the hotel and would stay there again.

We stayed at the Stratosphere in Las Vegas. For the money we paid we had a great experience. The restaurant that we dined at was very nice, had good food, and was inexpensive. We had the chance to upgrade to a small suite that was nice, clean, and had a comfortable bed. It had everything we needed. The only thing that was kind of a nuisance was on a Friday a lot of kids came to hang out and party kind of loud and were cursing. That was the only thing we didn't like. Other than that our trip was excellent and we will definitely stay there next year.

This hotel made me feel content: We had a very good experience while at the hotel. We were very happy and had no problems what so ever.

It’s a decent hotel. The rooms are not as great as I thought they would be.

We were very lucky. We arrived after midnight and they were short on rooms so they upgraded us to a suite. It was very nice. The regular suite price was more for a night than we paid for a week. However, the check-in took about forty minutes, way too long. The suite had a bunch of construction equipment that didn't get removed for two days, and the phones didn't work right. You could call out but the message light didn't light and the system didn't allow you to pick up messages. It was very inconvenient. We missed a couple of important messages. We tried for five days to get them to fix it and they couldn't or didn't! The rest of the experience was very nice.

It’s a nice hotel. The bathrooms were fully stocked and very clean. The room was very comfortable.

The room was wonderful. The service response was quick and great. The Nagas Restaurant had fantastic Asian food. I loved it.

This hotel made me feel secure: The rooms locked securely and we felt safe.

The hotel was a first time stay and the room, courtesy of the staff, and the shops was extremely nice. The food was a little expensive but there were old time favorites such as MacDonalds and a hot dog place on the second floor. I would recommend this hotel.

I like the Stratosphere because it is a good value for the money. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed by the hotel's accommodations or services.
