male with an economy budget, traveling for leisure
I've stayed at A LOT of hotels in Vegas. Despite the locale, this is a great place to stay for many reasons. First, the price! The super-low price more than makes up for the poor location. Sure, it's at the end of the strip, but a cab ride is about 10 bucks or you can take a bus during the day. Second, the rooms were nice and the bed was wonderful. Finally, the casino looks very nice and they have wonderful drink and food specials. We didn't get to try the specials since we stayed for only one night, but we'll surely be back soon to enjoy more of what the Stratosphere has to offer. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I checked in on Monday August 31 and stayed till Friday when I checked out. I checked in early and my room was not ready but they not only upgraded my room three times but gave it to me at my reserved price and took off the resort fee. I never heard any noise from anyone staying on my floor. Everyone was so nice there and the food was good. I will plan to stay at the same place next time.

I've seen good and bad reviews for this place. I enjoyed my stay here. Room was fine. Wasn't really planning on spending all my time in the room, so I wasn't worried about elaborate rooms. It was clean, served it's purpose, comfortable. The shops, casino, and other activities in the hotel were great. Enjoyed the tower. Again, we were in Vegas to gamble a little and to sight see. For the price, it was perfect. I'll stay there again. The only thing I would complain about would be it would have been nice to know about the member/reward card sooner and of course being at the far north end of the "strip" makes for a bit of a hike. But I have no complaints over all. I wasn't looking for Movie star treatment! I'd stay here again.
As soon as we arrived and parked, we went to check in.. there was a small line but what do you expect? Its summer in Vegas!! We had booked two rooms on seperate floors, but wanted to switch to a conjoining room. Luckily they had one left, and we took it, at no extra charge. When we got up to our rooms, they were perfect. One king and two queens. Everything was clean and nice, and ready to go. After coming back from dinner, I realized my key wasn't working. I went to the front desk and she gave me a new one, and let me know if it were to happen again, to use the courtsey phone by the elevators. Sure enough, key didn't work again. So I called and security came and unlocked my door for me. Turns out I kept the lock on the door and went out through the other room! Whoops! The front desk was so nice about everything and kept appologizing thinking it was their mistake, or their keys.
After getting home at 5:30, I took my usual morning shower (lol) and went to bed! I have never fallen asleep that fast, and stayed asleep that long! I know that I will be using them in the future!!

Absolute dump. In the worst section of Nevada, in fact if you turn left from the hotel you enter cracktown, if you turn right you are sure to see prostitutes. The only reason we stayed at this dive was to go on the 3 rides, 2 of which were closed fo
The observation deck was the only good thing about the hotel - the view was great. But the bathrooms in the suites could have been better. The water wouldn't drain, and the carpets in the corridors stank. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights and had a blast! This hotel is sort of a hike from the strip but they have buses so we didnt mind. It was kind of nice not being right by the husel and busel. We up graded our room for a view and it wasnt the greatest of the strip
