I was on my way from Ft. Campbell, KY to Ft. Riley, KS and this was the only place on Dugan that had a room...now I know why. It looked like a pretty decent place from the outside went and got the room walked in the room and it wasn't cleaned. Went back downstairs and told the lady at the desk if she gave me a key to another room. Walked back upstairs and it was the wrong key. Went back downstairs again and got another key and it finally worked. Walked in the room and none of the lamps worked, shower messed up and this place is a dump don't stay at this hotel!

I called to speak with someone about multiple rooms for our company and encountered the most rude, unprofessional and uneducated young man I have ever spoke with. I asked for a sales manager, as that is who I usually book rooms through, and he grilled me with question after question as to who I was and what I wanted with a sales manager. He refused to give me his name, refused to let me speak with anyone else and asked me what I was selling, I told him I was not a salesman, only someone who wanted to book rooms for my company and he hung up on me. Obviously I took my business elsewhere.
