Constructed in 1923, The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa underwent a $36 million renovation in 2008 which recaptured the Art Deco spirit of Dorothy Draper's original design. The Modern Italian-style Bolla Restaurant operates under the direction of famed chef David Bull. Tables are separated by sheer draperies.
