I booked this hotel as a last minute thing for me and my Father thru First Choice . We stayed for a week half board.
After a long flight it was nice to get to the hotel and everything ran smoothly . We got our room which was over looking the courtyard. It was large and cleaned to a very high standard.
Room had a free safe, TV with multilanguage channels but only 2 English (CNN International and BBC World) also had a mini bar that wasn't over priced in Western terms
Room was turned down every night with mint chocolate left on your pillow.
Every night there is a entertainment in the courtyard so can be noisy if you leave you baloney door open, also the entertainment is the same every night so it can get a bit boring.
The hotel is very nice and lovely oasis to Luxor town outside.
The food in the restaurant was very good and was themed most nights. Breakfast was good with very pleasant staff there were fast and happy to please but I did miss my bacon.
There was a beautiful pool but did hear some people complain that wasn't to warm but found it very refreshing from the hot sun. Hotel bar could be a bit on the pricey side if you want international brand alcohol and wine but this is a Muslim country.
The only down side and this isn't just about the hotel but the whole of Egypt is Tipping. No pressure in the hotel but felt it was expected.
Would happily to go back to this hotel you won't be disappointed.
