Horrible
Several members of our team have reservations to go up for a "soccer" weekend. I personally reserved a 2 BR for two nights and a 1 BR in addition for 1 night. After calling to confirm I found out my reservations had not only been partially ...

If you visit Peoria don't stay at Staybridge Suites. We reserved a room for one night, but we were informed at check-in of a two night minimum. The clerk tried to delete the second night, but since he couldn't, he told us the management would do it the next day. At check-out they refused, and charged us for two nights. After 15 minutes of pleading for them to remove the charges, we were asked to leave the hotel or have the police called, all of this was said in front of our 3 year old son, among others. Unbelieveable! We have never been treated like this at a hotel! We are still stunned by their outrageously rude behavior and poorly trained staff. We feel cheated out of a good sum of money for nothing!
I am not likely
to return to the Staybridge Suites Peoria-Downtown.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The hotel staff was less than friendly. From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel like we were interrupting something more important. If it wasn't for the fact that we liked the overall feel of the building and its facilities, the stay would have been unpleasant.
The room was well laid out. It had a warm feel about it.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Staybridge Suites Peoria-Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
The culture of the hotel is fantastic! The staff was extremely accommodating to all. It was clean and friendly- it felt like a four star hotel! Great addition to downtown...
