Staybridge Suites Mount Laurel

The Staybridge Suites, in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is a good extended stay hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and contain a kitchen, with a microwave, stove, sink, and accessories. When we first checked in, we were issued a room (2 bedroom suite) where one of the beds was not made. We told the desk and were given a different room, this one clean and ready. The next day, when we returned to our room, housekeeping had made our beds, but forget to empty our trash and leave us clean towels. We called the desk and the problem was fixed. There is an outstanding breakfast buffet that features a few hot items each day; as well as make your own waffles and a continental selection. This hotel has a great buisness center with 2 computers and free printing. The pool is your typical indoor hotel pool, nothing special. The excercise facility is quite tiny with only a few pieces of equipment. This hotel also contains a pantry (7/24 Convience Store) that has food and drinks to use in your in suite kitchen. Overall this is a great hotel, but the housekeeping department needs some work.

This hotel is serious about noise control. Dealing with a large group in for a basketball game resulted in a sign posted liberally stating that inconsiderate guests would be dealt with promptly. Most hotels either lie about noise issues and/or give lip service to controlling it when it happens.

With that, plus the lovely large two-bedroom suite, plus the fact that this hotel responded to the request for a quiet, corner room, allows me to say we will definitely go back. We have now used other Staybridge rooms and are similarly happy.

They have a very good staff, congratulations and keep up the good work for us weary travelers who want a clean room and a good night's, peaceful rest!

It was more than I expected. It was very nice and convenient.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had DVD's to rent, cable TV and local attractions.

The room and experience were great. What really upset me was that when I made the reservation, I was told that I would get 20,000 frequent user bonus points. I did not. I only received 1,000. For that reason, I cancelled my membership to their program, and will not stay there or any of their chains again.
