I lived in this hotel two months before I gave up on them fixing my broken chair and leaking sink, it dripped underneath. The desk did not inform me of faxes I received, they did not adjust my bill for taxes on long term stay, and they did not notify housekeeping on the one or two times I changed my weekly clean time. All in all, it was a very poor showing for a premium price venue.

I am not likely to return to the Staybridge Suites McLean.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel content: Very nicely furnished; buffet breakfast, friendly atmosphere, friendly staff.

I enjoyed staying at Staybridge Suites. I'd definitely be willing to stay at one of their properties again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a nice atmosphere. The people working there were also very helpful.
