One difficulty I have told management about is guests who leave their dogs loose, unleashed, in the hotel and outside. Also, I've asked to have signs put up advising guests to pick up after their dog but they did nothing. I have two dogs and clean up after mine, my dogs are never off their leashes, either. We have been bothered by other dogs that are allowed to run loose. I also complained about the noise in the suite above me and nothing was done because the man above me said tough, basically.
A couple of front desk people are great and know how to make a guest welcome. All of the housekeeping staff is wonderful, polite, pleasant, and obliging.

We stay at this location at least two or three times per year when traveling to Chicago to visit family, etc. It’s a good value and a convenient location. It has a good complimentary breakfast and free internet! It’s always neat and clean and has a nice fireplace in the lobby area.

The location was perfect for what we went for. The hotel itself was very nice. I do not like that they have no smoking rooms although when I reserved the room it was a smoking room.

The Staybridge Suites Glenview hotel is excellent. It's clean, kid-friendly, and the service and staff are wonderful. The suites are excellent, and the mini-kitchen made it very easy to bring food.
