Horrible
I made my reservation 2 months in advance yet did not get what I reserved. We wanted a King suite but ended up with a queen suite. When we complained they said "Sorry, no King available tonight." Strange. My reservation was for a King suite. It...

I made my reservation 2 months in advance yet did not get what I reserved. We wanted a King suite but ended up with a queen....and when we complained they said "Sorry, no King available tonight." Strange. My reservation was for a King suite...could they not reserve me one?? It said King suite on my reservation confirmation. You can't trust them, therefore I cannot recommend them to anyone.

My family of four stayed at the Staybridge Suite this past weekend for a last minute get away. The location is fair but you have to drive (or walk to the bus stop) to local attractions. The room was clean and well stocked with towels, etc... ...
