40 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
I've never written a hotel review before and wouldn't imagine that I'd write a _good_ review. But Staybridge Suites is an _excellent_ place to stay. Very clean, spacious, and quiet suites. (We had a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom suite with a large living room and 1 queen and 1 king beds in the bedrooms; there was also a pool-out sofa in the living room.) Very good facilities (internet in the lobby, fitness center, laundry, pool). Breakfast had a good variety of food. Drinks (juices) and some fruit are left after breakfast, so we treated ourselves to them when we arrived in the evening and were too tired to find a restaurant. The location was convenient for us: To visit Boston, we drove to Alewife subway station (13 miles/15 minutes) and then took the subway train to downtown Boston (about 20 minutes).
The only little problem I had was when trying to book this place through an online website. I couldn't find a detailed description of the rooms' beds (I had four people in the party) and had to call the hotel itself to ask.
Overall: a _great_ value and areally inviting place to stay! Hope the hotel staff will keep this place up.

It’s a convenient location but has poor food. It has good service.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They were very pleasant.

The cleaning service was poor. The pool was cold. The staff did not follow through as promised.

I love staying at Staybridge!
This hotel made me feel welcome: Very pleasant staff at the front desk when checking in. Sundowner in hotel lobby at night. Magazine in room detailing 'What to do when in Boston'.
