Ended up here through a deal on the internet - The rooms were spacious, everything worked. Breakfast and Dinner were provided at no charge. Separate rooms for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I

Good
21 year old female with a luxury budget

This hotel is set back a bit and like many smaller and extended stay hotels, has everything you need and a staff that is willing to help you with almost anything. The decor is very rustic and chic and there is free wireless in the lobby.

The room was wonderful, the staff was courteous, the buffet was a nice feature. We felt very comfortable and safe.

The only items that this hotel could use is an indoor pool (for winter/fall/spring visits with kids) and a full restaurant on site.

Will definitely visit again.

This Place Sucks!!!! – Posted May 16, 2008

Horrible
32 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

Don't stay here, I don't know how this hotel got even OK reviews so far.

I am staying here for a whole month (relocated in the area) till I look for new place, but I m moving out of here in 15 days as nothing works, bad management and poor service.

In my room the things didnt work were, Iron, garbage disposal, shower head, bad cleaning, A/C - still not working after 4 days and 3 requests

And even if you ask for something they will ignore. I have traveled all over the world and am not one of those demanding guests, but this place just sucks, and left a bad impression of not just Staybridge but whole MASS

I told them a number of times that I am staying a month, not a day or two, to ignore my requests, on top of that atleast 10% of guests are the employees of my company at any given time, they still don't give a SH**!!!!
