Staybridge Suites Atlanta

The front desk staff and manager were rude and completely unprofessional. Accommodations were paid in advance, I called a week ahead of time to verify arrangements were in order and was told by the front desk manager that everything was set; when we arrived our accommodations were not in order. We were told two of the three suites we booked were no longer available. It took nearly thirty minutes for the hotel staff to reluctantly resolve the situation. The next morning when I spoke the front desk manager I was most disappointed at his rude demeanor, he raised his voiced from the beginning of our conversation. I spoke with the hotel manager next and found him to be polite, however the inappropriate manner in which his staff conducted themselves is enough that we will not stay at this hotel in the future.

The hotel provided excellent quality for the price.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a suite -- it speaks for itself.
