Staybridge Suites Anaheim

They are liars and know nothing about customer service. If planning a special occasion go somewhere else. They will let you down. They also have MAJOR plumbing issues and don't fix the problem when you ask them to. They are rude and their "operations manager" should be fired!!! He knows nothing about running a hotel, and even less about how to treat a hotel guest.

It was a great room and value.

This hotel made me feel important: When asking for directions or information they were very courteous and informed.

The room was a great value. The management and front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. We had requested some items to be brought to our room and they never supplied us with them. There is no housekeeping available before nine a.m.

I liked that it was family-friendly. The staff was professional, we left a bag and were contacted about getting it back. We will look at staying at Staybridge on all of our travels. I was very glad they had no-charge laundry facilities available for our use.
