Excellent hotel near Disneyland. Clean rooms, tasteful decor, awesome FREE breakfast. Was able to see the Disneyland fireworks from the top floor. Although close to freeway, we did not hear the traffic noise (windows closed at night). Highly recommend.

Please do not have a problem because they have the worst customer service you ever seen.
Their method of charging you for room that you have cancel is terrible. All levels of management is terrible. I spoke with the Managers, General Manager and Regional Manager will out getting any help. General Manager comment to me is that the "economy is bad now days for everyone" when referring the return of my money.
I am not likely
to return to the Staybridge Suites Anaheim-Resort Area.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Loved the suites and the weeknight receptions. Convenient shuttle to Disney.The carpet in our room was damp (from being cleaned?), shower was stuck on hard massage. We were pretty happy with the hotel. The sun downers (evening receptions) were great....
