I was very well satisfied. I would definitely use them again. The desk clerk was preoccupied on our arrival and left us waiting while she chatted with a friend.

The staff was extremely courteous and upon seeing we had 2 kids with us, automatically gave us a ground floor room- very much appreciated- and we didn't have to ask. Breakfast was great-bacon, eggs, waffles, etc... much better than some other...

The kitchen was stocked with useful equipment.Sofa bed was somewhat uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast served was much better than your average hotel continental breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
