St Paul Hotel

This hotel suits you perfectly if you are not going to spend there whole day long, just come here to sleep. Yes, it,s a little bit noisy (you hear what the people do in the opposite rooms) and you don't have the wonderful view from your window ( there was a wall with another rooms' windows). BUT: I never stood in a line for WC or shower, they are rather clean. And wonderful location!

PS. Internet is free but I hardly could receive my email,there was a weak Internet signal,sometimes (very often) it disappeared

Yes it is cheap and in central location. There was a client raving about bed bugs when I was checking in. They talk to you like you are lucky at all to be waited on. I have stayed here 3 times due to the low price and after the rude treatment and tone of last stay I cant take it anymore. Its not worth the money and the traffic noise and the one night clients screaming at all hours.

It has a lovely location near the walks along the Mississippi River and the old downtown. We were there for a wedding that was taking place across the park from the hotel. We found it lovely and convenient.

This hotel made me feel elegant: I liked the lovely sitting areas in the lobby and the very attentive staff during the brunch on Sunday morning.
