The brand new St. Julien Hotel and Spa is a four-story, brand new hotel in downtown Boulder, which is nestled near mountains and near beautiful Boulder Creek. I went to the Spa at the St Julien for a simple manicure. It costs $75 and it looked like it had been done by a 2 year old. When I complained they said there was nothing they could do. Do not go to the spa here. You will be disappointed.
