We loved the central location of the hotel very close to the railway station and a main stop for the trams. The hotel was clean but some times it took till 5:00 pm to get our room done. We would leave for excersions come back to our room late afternoon and our room was not done yet.
WE reserved the room for 2 adults and two young children, but as we got there they informed us they are unable to fit four people in the same room. The evening shift told us we can have the adjoining room for free till we speak to the manager in the morning. 10 seconds later they said no we will charge the second room at a lower price. They had no explanation that why they changed their mond in matter of seconds. They guided us to our room and took away the robes and the slippers. I guessed they figured since we are paying lower rate for the second room, non of the rooms deserve to have the robes.
The central location of the hotel came with a price. Late nights we were awaken by the shoutings of the people who were enoying the night life and also the lous sounds of street cleaners. I would recommend rooms away from the main street
