This is a familly run hotel with good service and in a prime location.( 0307/ss) The building is tall and is set at an angle. The hotel stands in the city centre, only 5 minutes from the railway station and next to the main shopping avenue, its boutiques, department stores and restaurants.

Whilst conveniently located close to the train and secure overnight parking this hotel is also in the less desireable part of Nice and was very disappointing. The interior is in need of attention and the rooms we occupied were smelly and badly kept....
