My wife and decided to make an unscheduled stop in New Orleans. We chose the St. Ann/Marie Antoinette. The charm and ambience of the place was wonderful. It being an older establishment there were quirks that is to be expected. The room was very clean, house keeping and the front desk were most courteous. The location was half a block from the Bourbon St and yet we were not desturbed by the activity from there. There was complimentary coffee and danishes in the morning, my only problem was that one morning there was no coffee, they were out. But even with that my wife and I were very pleased and plan to come back and bring the kids.

Horrible
pros: LocationRooms are dirty, smelly and so tiny that only one person can walk through at a time. Toilet flushed every 5 minutes on its own and you had to stand on the seat to reach the handle to flush which was almost to the ceiling (huh?!) No...

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The description on a New Orleans website definitely missed the mark. The rooms were way below standard and the general housekeeping of the whole property was below acceptable...
