the hotel was ok. did not serve continental breakfast. when the maids would come clean the room, they did not vacumn if we were not in the room and the days that i was around i had to ask if they would vacumn. could of been cleaner. the view from the rooms was fabulous. we got in our hotel around 3:30 and our air condition was broke until 8:00 that night, no offers of anything for the inconvenience.
We had a very nice room and enjoyed our stay at Springmaid. The first night there was a problem with the air conditioning and by the next afternoon they had replaced the unit. I was very pleased with how fast they accommodated us to make our room comfortable. The housekeeping staff was excellent and had our room cleaned and stocked with fresh towels every day. We also enjoyed the location of the hotel and didn't feel crowded in between a bunch of other hotels. Nice job Springmaid!!!
Our family stayed five days at the resort. We had a wonderful time at the beach, very close. The resort staff was friendly and the resort was clean. The room was large, beds kind of hard but ok. Kictchenette was great. We would definitely go back if we were get a chance.
First as an adult, I liked the fact that the beach was down from the frenetic strip area. The boys always walked down to where the crowds were.
The staff was always helpful and friendly. However, we booked through an outside agency (triple crown sports) and when we ran into trouble with our reservations there was no one to call..Now it seems to me that your sales department should have a contact number for someone who can assist in these matters. Instead all we got was you booked through Triple Crown.. YOU have to call them (and they do not have contact numbers at the tournament).
Also, The Lazy River at the P Bldg was a nice shade of brown throughout our stay.
A 4pm check-in time for a large group especially with teenage athletes who have to proform the next day is not acceptable. It forces early arrivals to stay at the beach and boys at this age have no sense and don't listen to parents or coaches...sunburns hindered a lot of players on all teams... rooms shoul;d be availbale by 1pm.
Finally thank you to the maintenance crew for fishing my car key out of the elevator shaft.
We had a great stay at Springmail. The only thing that wasn't wonderful was the resturant. The food was OK but I think because everything else was so nice I thought the food would be better. Breakfast was good, dinner was just average. The food on the pier was awesome. The view was beautiful. The staff was really friendly. I would stay with you again. Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

We would stay again.
The only negative is that our room did not have any cold water in the shower. The water would not come on until we turned the lever to hot and it only came out very, very hot.
It may have just been something wrong with our shower (room 606).
Other than that one thing the stay we exceptional.
