47 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

The hotel is in a convenient location but in a really bad area of town. I was not comfortable leaving the hotel in the evenings to do other attractions that were close.

I am very likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

55 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Business suite was not open one night had a reservation for the complimentary shutle, within the hours that the shuttle was available, but the driver decided to quit early, so had to wait 30 minutes for a cab.

This hotel made me feel practical: Business center was not open.

I am somewhat likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix.
I might recommend it to friends.

The facility is very clean and bright. The pool and other amenities were very clean.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff called me by name, they had my room ready early, they picked me up at the aiport.

I am very likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
