SpringHill Suites by Marriott Linthicum

Room was dirty, no housekeeping. the breakfast in the morning is with no food. the shuttle to the hotel made us wait for a hour.

We had to call 4 times.

I had no complaints other than the rate integrity. Another Spring Hill Suites property was twenty dollars more per night and only five miles away.

It exceeded my expectations in everyway. It was quiet, clean, and had a friendly staff. I would stay there in the future.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It was well appointed and had a professional staff.

The service was excellent. Whenever I am in the area, this is where I will stay. I recommend it to all my friends.

I am familiar with most Marriott brands and have selected Spring Hill Suites as my favorite. I like the suite setup, mini kitchen and a desk where I have wireless access. Above all, the hotel personnel are great. I feel I get the most value for my dollar at Spring Hill Suites.

This hotel made me feel welcome: From the moment I walked in the door I was treated as a person by the front desk, not as just another check in. They were professional all the way. The front desk thanked me for coming back. Apparently my profile indicates my Spring Hill history.
