The hotel was great the rooms are nice most of the staff was great. If you do not run into any problems you should be fine. If you need management you will run into trouble. She was rude and called us liars and refused other staff to talk to us. This was all over the spa being broke for 2 days over the weekend. We were not the only ones to have trouble with her. Just beware hopefully they will have gotten her some PR training before you go.
