SpringHill Suites by Marriott Katy

The hotel was great the rooms are nice most of the staff was great. If you do not run into any problems you should be fine. If you need management you will run into trouble. She was rude and called us liars and refused other staff to talk to us. This was all over the spa being broke for 2 days over the weekend. We were not the only ones to have trouble with her. Just beware hopefully they will have gotten her some PR training before you go.

My family of four stayed here when we attended a wedding in August, 2006. The hotel was fairly new and couldn't be located on the map, but if you can find Katy Mills, you can find the Springhill Suites. The staff was very courteous and efficient. The rooms were spacious with a living area and mini refrigerator. Their complementary breakfast was very complete. The only negative I can think of was the pool was very small. I would go there again.

The location was good - right next to a major mall. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I didn't need to have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly and efficient. The only 'shortage' I could see was the lack of a guide to the TV channels in the room. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
