SpringHill Suites by Marriott Eden Prairie

Our stay at Eden Prairie was most enjoyable. The hotel had a friendly staff and pleasant surroundings. The room was up to the usual high Marriott standards. I would stay there again when in the area. I always have been pleased at every SpringHill Suites hotel we have stayed at which has been about four or five different sites.

The location was very convenient. We have family in Eden Prairie. I appreciated that it was located by the town mall and there was a grocery store near the hotel. The price is significantly higher, almost double, during the week.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The entire staff maintains a very friendly attitude, yet they are professional as well. The check in process is always efficient.

The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We requested a crib for our daughter when we made our reservation, and it was waiting for us in the room when we arrived, which was nice, although it would have been nice if someone had put it together for us. The breakfast and workout areas met our needs.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They had Christmas candy and fruit available in the lobby.

It has a great atmosphere and is the hotel chain I prefer to stay at while on vacation.

It is a great hotel with a great location and the morning breakfast is excellent.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel even though they were sold out.
