My husband and I and some friends stayed at this hotel recently on our first trip to Memphis. We were very pleased with our rooms. The rooms were very clean and had a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff was extremely nice. We were very close to several great restaurants and the mall. We will for sure stay here again the next time we travel to Memphis.

The only disappointment was the size of the room. I researched hotels around Wolfchase Galleria picking this one because their website claimed rooms larger than average, but my room was tiny!
I was sharing with my sister and booked a double, two queen beds. I would stay again, but would get a one bedroom for each person. All else was perfect, the complimentary breakfast was very nice, the employees were friendly, they were very clean, and I had a great bed.

Springhill Suites provide what you would expect from a hotel -- a nice clean room with plenty of towels. What I found exceptional during my visit at the Memphis Springhill was the friendly staff which made my stay especially special.
All of the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We always had plenty of towels. There was a iron and ironing board in our room. They provided an exceptionally good continental breakfast.
