They were professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient employees. Great sense of humor. They were knowledgeable about the charlotte area and seemed genuinely enjoying working with the public.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We felt welcome there because of the friendly conversation with the front desk staff about events in charlotte, local gym, and best restaurants, and checking to make sure we were able to locate each.
