The location and the comfort were fine. The service was neutral. I would recommend it to others.

This hotel made me feel respected: One of the staff members was very helpful.

This was an excellent room for the money. The free cookies in the early evening were a welcome surprise. The air conditioning in the room was superb, there was no problem maintaining a cool sixty-four degrees. The only downside was the overall room setup. The only television in the room was on a TV stand partially obstructing the path from the sitting area to the bed. It was a very efficient use of space, but I would have preferred a wall-mounted LCD or plasma screen instead. This would have improved the flow of the room, and removed a potential tripping or toe stubbing obstacle.

This hotel made me feel content: I was pleased because there were little extras I wouldn't have expected. There was always a bowl of hard candy available.

There was plenty of room/space in the room, and it had a bed, couch, desk, etc. There was also free Internet access.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that reeked of stale smoke. They moved me to another room but it was next to very loud ice and soda machines -- I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I disliked the uncomfortable pillows, I was given others when I asked, but they were still lumpy. There was a microwave and mini-fridge in the room but no dishes or silverware, only two paper plates and one set of plastic utensils left in the room most, but not all days. When given a choice for a five-night trip I told corporate travel to put me at Springhill thinking that I would not have to go out to dinner every night if I had a microwave but that turned out not to be the case since there was not much I could heat up with only a paper plate.
