The service at this hotel was great. They supplied a list of restaurants in the area and directions to them. The room I stayed in had a burned out light bulb but I didn't say anything because I didn't need it.

I am very likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Andover.
I might recommend it to friends.

The free breakfast is great! The hotel is well kept and the service is very friendly. I like the cookies and fruit in the main lobby when you check in. I always stay there when I am in the area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check-in was prompt. The front desk was efficient and accommodating.

I am very likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Andover.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The pull-out sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Andover.
