Horrible
I recently stayed at the Springhill Suites following a wedding and had a horrible experience. We went to check in at 5:30PM and our rooms were not ready. We asked to see a copy of the contract and the manager refused to show it to us. Our rooms...

This was a nice hotel, in general. The price was a bit steep for what the hotel offered, however. I felt, for the price, something more than a continental breakfast should have been offered. The bed wasn't very comfortable, either. The best part

I was disappointed that the spa was unavailable after 10pm. I was in W. Mifflin for a funeral and needed to have some time to unwind. The hours of operation were not conducive. I asked the front desk personnel for access to the spa and I was denied.
