The location is great, close to food and retail stores, not in a scary part of town. The room quality has declined since the last time I stayed there. Having internet connection is wonderful!
The front desk service was well informed and able to take care of our check in situation. My father booked the room and my parents were going to be late arriving in town and the staff was good about contacting him and letting me check in before their arrival.

It was kind of hard to find based on our directions but very worth the drive! My husband and I stayed there just a few weeks before our daughter was born to have just one last date. The room was wonderful and the service was great. The staff was super friendly. The free continental breakfast was much more than continental.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and a large variety of retail stores for shopping. The rooms are fantastic and the service is outstanding. By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in.

When we come to Tulsa we always like to stay at this hotel. The rooms are always clean and nice and we use our AAA discount. We like to stay at other Springhill Suites around the country as well.

I felt got a lot for my money. I felt that I got more than what I would normally expect for the price I paid. It was more like a $120 plus hotel than an $80 to $100 hotel.
