Room given at check-in was across from the vending area and next to the electrical room. Asked for another room that was less noisy and was given a room with a different layout that seemed smaller and had less ammenities. Friendly desk clerk didn't know which rooms were like the one we booked so we couldn't get the same room with a different location. Reported light out over the night table and was told it would be fixed but it wasn't. Seven inch crack at top of tub surround. Pool is small and is 5' deep max. Has a hot tub. Very nice exercise room with decent equipment for a hotel. Room had a flat screen tv. Only oddity was no dresser to put your clothes. Had to use drawers in end tables and one under the tv. Nice size room and suite-like layout with extra ammenities. Very good priced room - not much to do in the immed. area. About 35 min. to Newport, RI.

Mediocre
Location.Tiny breakfast area. Single room billed as suite. The room was not a suite. Two beds in a single room with a half wall. If I am paying a suite rate, I expect a suite. The breakfast room was tiny. Hordes of people bumping into each other...

The rooms were not the typical hotel room. It was more like a one bedroom apartment which was very nice.Nothing. It was richly decorated, I love the color coordination. The kitchen was very cute and cozy. My children loved it. There that says...

I'd say this is a typical "well used hotel" with lots of guests. The lobby was attractive and the staff friendly but the rooms were nothing special. We were on the second floor and could hear the birthday party noise from the swimming pool through the vents. The room wasn't that clean-dust in the corners, dust on the chair and fingerprints all over the doors. I don't think they had been wiped down in weeks! It took us awhile to get the air conditioning started but it worked fine once it started. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good and the staff quickly kept the hot food coming. The guys liked having 2 TV's and the beds were comfortable.
