The front desk staff were rude especially on the phone when making reservations. the room was smaller than expected; if you do stay here please turn on the fan on the thermostat otherwise you will be up all night listening to the cars pass by (mind you we were on the 8th floor) and we still heard them like we were sleeping outside. the only good thing about this place are the shuttle drivers (very nice and attentive). I will not stay here again.

This is a very well located hotel, right next door to the baseball stadium and at the end of the Roberto Clemente bridge. There is a free shuttle to take you to places nearby (we went to the Aviary which was great!), a good breakfast, a small pool and jacuzzi. Room was not large but well equipped with a pull out couch, fridge and microwave. A very good choice for families and there certainly were a lot of them. Parking is right outside the hotel ($17, which seemed steep, but it is adjacent to the stadium parking which was $20). We were there only 1 night, to attend a baseball game, so I have no idea whether this was typical but the place was very crowded and noisy. We had very noisy neighbors and the sound went right through the walls. All in all tho, I was pleased and would recommend, particularly for families and definitely if attending a ball game - while the crowds were fighting traffic, we were relaxing in the jacuzzi after the game!

It is a very clean and friendly place to just get away and relax for just a night. We do this about 4 or 5 times during the winter when it is cold and snowy outside.
With a good staff and a secure surrounding you just get a good sense of safety.
